Plagiarism in any form is not tolerated, and all submitted manuscripts are subject to thorough plagiarism checks before and during the peer review process. The maximum acceptable similarity index, including both direct quotes and paraphrased content, is 30%.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a plagiarism check using reputable plagiarism detection software. Authors are required to ensure that their work is original and has not been published elsewhere. Additionally, any content, including direct quotes and paraphrased text, must be properly cited and attributed to the original source.
Acceptable Similarity Index:
DEVOZIONE aims to maintain a maximum acceptable similarity index of 30%. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding this threshold will be carefully evaluated by the editorial team and subjected to a detailed review process to determine the extent of the plagiarized content.

If authors believe that the similarity index is falsely elevated due to legitimate reasons such as proper citation or common phrases, they can appeal to the editorial office. The editorial team will review the appeal and make appropriate adjustments if necessary.
Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and must take all necessary measures to avoid plagiarism. By submitting a manuscript to DEVOZIONE, authors affirm that their work is original and complies with the journal's plagiarism policy.
